These Terms govern the purchase and use of FollowHype, offered by 35.239.486 MATHEUS WILLIAN FERREIRA DE OLIVEIRA, CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) 35.239.486/0001-08. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
1. What the product is
FollowHype is a digital educational material on marketing strategy for social media profiles, consisting of:
- Positioning guide (PDF, 40 pages);
- 30-day content plan (PDF + spreadsheet);
- 50 script and caption templates;
- Editorial calendar (editable spreadsheet);
- Profile checklist (PDF, 1 page);
- Metrics reading guide (PDF, 12 pages).
The product is meant to be applied by you, on your own. It is not a service selling followers, likes or views, it is not profile management and it is not a paid advertising service. We never ask for your password or any access to your profile.
2. Delivery and access period
- Access is sent to the email provided at purchase right after your payment is confirmed.
- Access remains available for 12 months from the date it is granted.
- If access is not granted within 24 hours after payment confirmation, and support does not resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Use of the material
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
- The material is for your own use only. Reselling, sharing, copying for distribution, publishing or making the files available to third parties, whether free or paid, is prohibited.
- The script and caption templates and the calendar may be adapted and used in your own posts.
- The content is protected by copyright law. Use outside these Terms may result in access being blocked, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
4. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and a valid email address at purchase;
- Keep your access details safe;
- Apply the content responsibly, in compliance with the law and the terms of use of any service you use;
- Take responsibility for the content you publish on your own profile.
5. What is not guaranteed
The material is educational. We do not guarantee any number of followers, likes, views, reach, sales, revenue or any other result. Results depend on how each person applies the material, their subject, consistency and audience, and vary from case to case.
6. No affiliation with third parties
This website and the product have no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by any social network, platform, company or brand. Any service names mentioned by you or by third parties belong to their respective owners.
7. Payment
Payment is a one-time payment in US dollars, in the amount shown on the sales page. There is no recurring charge, subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is processed by a specialized company, using the payment methods available at checkout. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
8. Refunds
You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days, no questions asked. Full conditions are described in the Refund Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date at the top. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence.
